Avoid buying directly from Yunzii. I received a defective keyboard (software issues). When I asked for a refund within 7 days, they tried to charge me a 35% "restocking fee" for a broken item.Support is a nightmare. They stalled for days sending useless driver links. When I demanded a return, they promised a prepaid label IF I sent a video of the defect. I sent a video clearly showing the software failing to save settings. Their response? They ignored the video entirely and told me to "click save" (which I was clearly doing in the video).They are acting in bad faith to avoid refunds. I had to escalate to a PayPal dispute. Do not trust their warranty or support.
