UPDATE:HAD TO CHARGE BACK TO MY PAYMENT PROVIDER TO GET A REFUND!!!I was also emailed by TRUST PILOT to say that my review had been reported due to "defamatory content" This company deserve to be given such a poor review due to their appalling packaging and customer service. Really poor. You guys have competitors, don't think you are a market exclusive, you are not! You did not like my review and BASIC customer expectations, so reported it to Trust Pilot who put the review back on line AND said it is not anything as your complaint described. Don't tell your customers to be patient - manage basic expectations.Just for the record here, your reply in my review suggests that i have overwhelmed this company with emails. You have had three, two of which were not answered. Keep your replies truthful, not "catty" as other 1 star reviews have suggested.
