I discovered Yvonne Ellen years ago actually through one of her posts about setting up a small business whilst juggling the difficulties of raising a family. I'm so glad that I came across her account because I have loved seeing the business grow, her family grow, and her designs develop into even more beautiful pieces each year!I have been using her mugs, glasses and jars for years, and their quality has remained over all the uses.It genuinely makes me happy to support her business, and I hope it does for you too.
I’ve had loads of products from YE over the years, and they’ve all been perfect. Gorgeous items, well packaged, delivered promptly, and reasonably priced. Frequent sales, too! These products are always on my Christmas list and it’s a delight to receive a new piece in to my collection.
Placed an order and when I received my order one of the items was was smashed. Considering all of the items I ordered were crockery and easily breakable they weren't packaged well at all. I reported this as soon as I got back home from being away through the contact form online and now 5 days later I am still waiting for a response as to how to get a replacement.I have reported this twice and have even tried to message through Instagram in hope to get a response! - No success. The item was past of a large present for Christmas and time is ticking.. Order Number: YE70182

I reported this straight away and 3 days later I am still waiting for a response as to how to get a replacement and send the damaged item back.I have reported this 3 times!No stars for customer service. The damaged item should never have been dispatched.
There is something deliciously delightful about opening a parcel from Yvonne Ellen. Within each thoughtfully packaged, beautiful box lies the prettiest item of kitchen or tableware to grace any home. It feels as though your best friend has designed something especially for you - and then taken the extra trouble to present it beautifully. I'd buy the entire range if I could!

A true British success story, Yvonne Ellen homeware was founded in 2017, but has quickly established a reputation for quirkily designed, hand crafted pieces which appear 'up cycled'. A Londoner, she has a passion for beautiful vintage crockery. Many items feature her 'continuity' designs: an animal design made complete when main and side plates are arranged in a certain way, but which work individually too. All products are designed in Britain.
