I purchased through Yvonne Ellen website a lot of their stuff, I spent about 250 pounds on two separate delivery, the quality of their stuff is fantastic and very colourful, i was very pleased, the issue started when I didn't receive the second package from Evri ( oh what surprise!) I contacted them and after few days they replied and asked me to sign a declaration form which I did straight away and I then i was told to wait for some time until Evri sort it out. I did ,I waited, i have been waiting since the 14th of May, so now even after nearly two months, im waiting for Evri to sort it out then probably Ill receive a refund. Its ridiculous that the costumers have to deal with Evri when this should be an internal issue for the company.
