I was looking forward to receiving my products from my first ever order with Yvonne Ellen. The order was delivered and left on my doorstep and unfortunately it went missing. I found the customer service agent rather rude saying I should have been in to receive it and that is why they send delivery emails. These were missed as they went into junk and I do have a busy life with work etc and can’t be in for every order. She likened it to me leaving my grocery shopping in my car with the boot open! It is not like that at all. I never said to leave the parcel on my front door step (visible from the road) nor did I tell Evri it was a safe place! After numerous emails with me requesting a r replacement order or a refund I was told they could not do that until they had raised a claim with Evri which would take a month or more and might not even be favourable. As I had spent £92 I did not want to loose that so I put a claim in with PayPal who thankfully refunded me the money. I have not heard anything else from YE. I thought as a small business they would have valued my custom more and had better customer service. I am disappointed and unfortunately will not be ordering again from them.
