Terrible service, don't waste your money. Items are nice until they become faulty - for the money you would expect them to last a bit longer. Contacted customer service who, if you look at other negative reviews, was unhelpful and could do with improving their customer service.N.B after your reply below I would just like to add that, if you had read my email properly, I never once asked for a replacement or refund - I offered to send the item back (at my own cost) so you could see the fault to help you improve your product. Yes I bought the item in August but didn’t actually open the item until months later as I was having a kitchen refurb and wanted some nice new bits for it. Would not order again due to the service/tone of customer service emails which is a shame as the products are so pretty.
