I don't think they hire good delivery drivers because instead of delivering packages to right address doors, they just leave it at a place where anybody can steal it. Customer service will promise to take care of it but will stop responding to your emails. Very bad.

Awful company with no support or anyone real to talk to.

They failed to deliver the first time and after I contacted them multiple times through their website chat & email about how to deliver, they never attempted to call or resolve the issue and sent the package back to China.

I've had other shipment companies text or call if they had trouble but they made no attempt.

Extremely disappointing service.

The service is incredibly poor. Shipments take excessively long, and the contact information provided on the platform is ineffective. Each time a reseller uses this service, I find myself waiting double the time compared to other shipping options. I would advise against using this service.

Unreliable delivery service with dishonest drivers

Delivery drivers take photos of your package, then turn around and steal it, refusing to deliver it again. If it were possible, I would rate this service with zero stars.

Extremely disappointed with the service

I made a purchase, and after 8 days, there have been no tracking updates; it simply states that it's still in the warehouse. Initially, the support team responded, attributing the delay to high order volumes. However, they stopped replying altogether, even when the automated system indicated a representative would assist. This experience has made me question their reliability, as it feels like the warehouse is disorganized.

Extremely disappointing courier service

This has been the worst courier experience I've ever encountered. They are consistently late with shipments, and the delivery personnel are inadequate. My packages are often left in the building lobby, despite my repeated requests for them to be brought to my apartment door. This negligence has led to my packages being stolen. I have no desire to use their service again. It's concerning how careless their drivers are. I dislike giving them even one star; they deserve none.

The most frustrating courier experience I've ever had.

This courier has been a nightmare to deal with. They are consistently late with deliveries, and their delivery personnel are unreliable. Poor handling of my package.

My package was supposedly delivered by this service, but I never received it at the designated location. When I reached out for help, I mistakenly provided an incorrect unit number. Instead of assisting, they blamed me for the error and insisted I update my address in their system. I clarified my request, but their communication was poor, and they failed to take responsibility for the issue.

Extremely disappointing service.

They have repeatedly claimed to have attempted delivery, but we have surveillance footage showing no one came. I paid extra for timely delivery, yet my package is still not here. When I called, no one spoke English, and my emails went unanswered.

Still waiting for my order.

They initially stated my order shipped on October 15th. I'm still waiting for my sweatshirt. I want a refund and will choose a different seller next time. This service has been terrible, and I will not use them again.
