I ordered an item on Friday and paid for it, only to be notified afterward that it was on "National Backorder." I emailed support for a return/refund. I received a response Saturday morning stating that their stock had arrived and asked if I wanted to keep it. Since it was Saturday, I didn’t expect a reply, but I responded Saturday night saying "no," as I ordered from another site that had it in stock. They replied that it was too late because it had already been packaged and shipped. They sent me a return label but charged me $17 for shipping. When I expressed my frustration, they ignored it, showing a lack of care for the mistake they made and the money it cost me. I wanted to share how they conduct business.
