I ordered a control arm and completed the payment, but then my order was canceled due to it being discontinued, even though it was still available on the site when I made the purchase on 12-13. They attempted to upsell a newer version that cost $200 more. The communication was very poor, and the customer service was disappointing. I won't be returning.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the carbon fiber front lip I bought for my vehicle. I paid over 800, expecting a premium, direct-fit item, but what I received is unusable — the lip is much wider than the factory bumper on both sides. Installation without major modifications is impossible. I took detailed photos and videos showing the fitment issues, yet the company still refuses to accept responsibility or understand my concerns. As a long-time customer who trusted this brand, this experience is unacceptable and tarnishes their reputation. Selling a faulty 800+ part and refusing to support it is not just poor service — it’s unethical. I expect a fair resolution.

The representative provided exceptional customer service. He answered my questions effortlessly and set up my entire order while we were on the phone. His positive attitude is typical of the sales and support team, which keeps me returning for years.
I own a vehicle and have purchased two different types of their delete kits, both of which have failed miserably. Their marketing team does a fantastic job showcasing new parts while hiding the failures of older ones. I do not recommend this company at all! The quality is terrible.
I spent over $1,000 and, honestly, I haven't been satisfied with any of it. I bought a spacer that required the bolt holes to be redrilled as they were slightly misaligned. I also purchased a foglight kit, and after two days of light rain, the passenger side fog light was covered in condensation. When I reported this, they claimed it was normal and would clear up after a few days. If that’s the case, why didn’t the driver’s side have the same issue? Regardless, it didn’t clear up after a week, and I had to use a hair dryer to fix it. I requested a replacement for the passenger side housing, as the lens seal was clearly defective. They denied my request, telling me to go to a dealership for warranty claims. This was still within their 30-day return window and should have been honored. I won't be purchasing from them again.
I ordered an item on Friday and paid for it, only to be notified afterward that it was on "National Backorder." I emailed support for a return/refund. I received a response Saturday morning stating that their stock had arrived and asked if I wanted to keep it. Since it was Saturday, I didn’t expect a reply, but I responded Saturday night saying "no," as I ordered from another site that had it in stock. They replied that it was too late because it had already been packaged and shipped. They sent me a return label but charged me $17 for shipping. When I expressed my frustration, they ignored it, showing a lack of care for the mistake they made and the money it cost me. I wanted to share how they conduct business.
I ordered headlights for my vehicle, thinking I would stick with the same brand since it already had an older set. The new units arrived, and after dismantling the front of the car to access the area, I plugged in the first one to check functionality — and it malfunctioned. I contacted the company to start the return process, but their dismissive reply was "we don't take parts back that have been installed." The unit was NOT installed, just powered for testing. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The old unit worked when plugged back in. I will never use this company again.
