I placed an order for a signed bundle back in June 2025, with a release date set for October 15th. I mainly wanted it for a specific record included in the bundle and paid £160 upfront. Fast forward to December, six months later, and I notice items from this bundle available on the website and other places, yet my order hasn't shipped. I reached out via email to inquire about the delay but received no response. After three more emails over the course of a week, I ultimately requested to cancel my order, all of which went unanswered. Fortunately, I paid through a payment service, so I initiated a dispute. Four days later, I finally received a response regarding the cancellation, but with no explanation for the shipping delay or any apology. A week later, I received my refund. I ordered the record from another source and it’s on its way. I had previously ordered from this company but won’t do so again. It’s unacceptable to leave an order in limbo while items are available elsewhere. I was lucky to have initiated the dispute in time.
