Frustrating Experience with My Order

I placed an order for a signed bundle back in June 2025, with a release date of October 15th. I mainly wanted it for a specific record included in the bundle, paying £160 upfront. Fast forward to December, six months later, and I see items from this bundle available on a different website and in stock. My order hadn’t shipped, so I reached out via email to inquire about the status, but received no response. After sending three more emails over the course of a week, I decided to ask for a cancellation, but all my messages were ignored. Thankfully, I had paid through a payment service, so I opened a dispute. Four days later, I finally received a response acknowledging my cancellation request, but there was no explanation for the delay or any apology. A week later, I was refunded. I ended up ordering the record from another seller, and it’s on its way now. I had previously bought from this service, but I won’t be returning. Keeping an order unfulfilled while items are available elsewhere is very disappointing. I was fortunate to initiate the dispute in time.

Extremely disappointing customer service

It’s unacceptable to leave an order in limbo while items are available elsewhere. I was lucky to have initiated the dispute in time.

Terrible experience with this company.

What a terrible experience. After nearly a year, I finally received the premium board game and signed comic book. They charge high prices but show little regard for quality. Items are misaligned or misprinted. The signed book has signatures that are poorly glued and misaligned, making it look awkward. The board game arrived in a large box but had very little content, just a lot of empty space. The rulebook doesn’t adequately explain the included components. I had to chase them for updates throughout the year due to their poor communication. I won’t be returning. Total waste of time and money.

Impressive support from the staff

I was genuinely impressed by the support staff. There was a minor issue with my order that wasn’t directly related to them. One representative, without any prompting, kindly assisted me with my inquiry and dispelled any doubts I had about typical customer service runarounds. Their support team provided a quick and efficient response that deserves an A+.

Glad I waited.

I ordered a signed board game collection and waited over a year for delivery. However, once everything arrived, I was very pleased and felt it was worth the wait. I’m giving it 5 stars because I am satisfied with the product. I just wish the expected delivery times had been clearer, as that caused some concern.

Great art and graphic novels

I received all the graphic novels I ordered and absolutely love the books and the art style. The only issue was with one specific graphic novel that was sent later than the promised pre-order date, but other than that, everything was fine.

Items never dispatched

I placed an order on December 1, 2024, and it has yet to be dispatched. I've emailed them a few times, and all I get is that they hope to ship it before Christmas. This feels like a scam, and I will need to request a refund. I hope they comply.

Frustrating experience with no resolution

My daughter ordered multiple items, including one that was set to release later. This has been a two-year ordeal! After numerous emails and complaints, she finally received part of her order but is still missing items and hasn’t received a refund. We keep getting excuses and false promises. It feels like a scam site. I've sent countless messages and emails with no real assistance from anyone at the company. I would advise against purchasing from them, as they clearly don’t value their customers or respect their commitments. I’ve kept all correspondence and proof of purchase, and I’ve informed them I would be sharing this review.
