Preordered Ivan Moodys Dirty Poetry costing around £55 ($72) and now it's way past release day and no sign of my order, I've sent 17 (yes I kept count) emails requesting updates and only 2 replies and that were the same saying "we'll get back to you asap" those were 4 months ago.I've also sent an email just asking for a refund which by the looks I'll never get my book or my money backThis also looks bad for the artists who have partnership with them, assuming their fans get the product paid for but have no idea like 60% never get them.
