I ordered the deluxe platinum edition of Alter Bridge Tour of Horrors in May 2021 for a cost of £367.00. I have not received my order or any part of my order. I have constantly emailed, either no reply or gobbed off. I finally cancelled the order in February 2022 and Z2 confirmed the cancellation but have not refunded me my money. Z2 will not reply to emails and their service is a disgrace. Are Alter Bridge aware that alot of their fans are extremely upset and disappointed that they cannot get their merchandise or refunds. I for one cannot afford to lose £367 and feel that Z2 Comics have stolen my money. It is totally unacceptable. Are Alter Bridge happy to be a associated with this company???
