I placed an order for a signed bundle back in June 2025, with a release date of October 15th. I mainly wanted it for a specific record included in the bundle, paying £160 upfront. Fast forward to December, six months later, and I see items from this bundle available on a different website and in stock. My order hadn’t shipped, so I reached out via email to inquire about the status, but received no response. After sending three more emails over the course of a week, I decided to ask for a cancellation, but all my messages were ignored. Thankfully, I had paid through a payment service, so I opened a dispute. Four days later, I finally received a response acknowledging my cancellation request, but there was no explanation for the delay or any apology. A week later, I was refunded. I ended up ordering the record from another seller, and it’s on its way now. I had previously bought from this service, but I won’t be returning. Keeping an order unfulfilled while items are available elsewhere is very disappointing. I was fortunate to initiate the dispute in time.
