The product is defective and feels like a rip-off. My initial purchase was made at a retail store, where the sales representative installed it as they had done many times before. Within two days, it started to come loose at the edges, so I decided to order a replacement due to the advertised lifetime warranty. This incurred a shipping fee of over $10. I followed the provided instructions carefully, but the new screen protector I applied four days ago is also beginning to separate at the edges. I spent over $60 on what seems to be $4.49 worth of subpar material, and now every time I need a replacement, which appears to be every few days, it will cost me over $11. THIS IS A SCAM! AVOID THIS PRODUCT!
