The 3 in 1 travel charger does not charge the phone. When I contacted the company, it said that it could replace it but that it wasn't in stock. Options were I could wait for it to come back in stock or pick a "similar" replacement. None of the choices were similar or a travel charger. At their website the item IS in stock. I emailed several times over 2 months with them explaining that warranty in stock is not the same as in stock. I was told it would take a couple of weeks for it to be "in warranty stock>" It has been 2 months.
Horrible now they charge $10 for a warranty replacement. This is probably all it costs to make them in the first place. We pay enough $60 for the original. Make a better product & it won’t crack the first time you drop it. So sad that you sell a $60 screen protector & then charge shipping for warranty
I ordered a screen protector for my new watch on 28/12/25, and almost three weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. I reached out for assistance and received a response stating, “Our team is working through a queue of inquiries, and we appreciate your patience as we get to yours. Please refrain from replying to this ticket until you hear from one of our agents, as it may delay our response. Hang tight — we’ll be with you soon!” So, essentially, if I respond to the email, it will take even longer? I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, as I would have chosen to avoid this company.
I invested a considerable amount in a screen protector, and just three days later, it began to peel off. Unfortunately, I was away when this issue arose, so I couldn't return until the eighth day. The response I received was to pay $12 for a replacement under warranty. This is extremely frustrating. I will not be returning to this store.

I spent over $60 on what seems to be $4.49 worth of subpar material, and now every time I need a replacement, which appears to be every few days, it will cost me over $11. THIS IS A SCAM! AVOID THIS PRODUCT!

The support options were unreasonable, requiring long processes for replacements, and shipping costs were incurred even for faulty products. Essentially, there is no genuinely free return or replacement, and the company places the blame on the customer instead of honoring its quality claims.
