After purchasing a new phone at AT&T the salesman sold me a glass screen protector by zagg. The next day my phone slipped out of my hand and fell about 2 ft and broke the screen protector. Now this lifetime warranty product is $10 for the replacement, a $5 upgrade fee, $1 tax, and $10 for shipping. A lifetime replacement should not cost $26. I have no clue what the upgrade fee is even for since I'm not upgrading anything just requesting the same product I already have. This product is not recommended and I will never purchase again.
