I ordered a screen protector for my new watch on 28/12/25, and almost three weeks later, it still hasn't arrived. I reached out for assistance and received a response stating, “Our team is working through a queue of inquiries, and we appreciate your patience as we get to yours. Please refrain from replying to this ticket until you hear from one of our agents, as it may delay our response. Hang tight — we’ll be with you soon!” So, essentially, if I respond to the email, it will take even longer? I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, as I would have chosen to avoid this company.
