Two weeks ago I ordered $150 worth of items and was promised 2-3 day express shipping…still not here and IMPOSSIBLE to get a response over email or the phone. And the online chat is AI bot and refuses to give you a live person. And when try to cancel order they say “all sales final!” I’ve never seen a more worthless ran company. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED!!!
