I don't understand why there are very bad reviews. I have the opposite experience with Zalando customer service. Whenever I called them, they solved the problem. Even once my delivery was lost and it was completely the failure of the delivery company; but they even solved the issue with the delivery company directly and gave me a small voucher as apology.
