I posted a year ago a negative review on zalando because I was very frustrated by the validation checks of my credentials by the third party called Certissim, when I was doing my first payment not by paypal. I guess, this check is a procedure imposed by the French law and not by Zalando. I've been using Zalando very extensively for one year since then and I did not have problems. I must say I am changing my review to 5 stars with pleasure, as I am very happy with the way the things are working, with the web-site, with return policy and procedures, etc. I think the web-site is really the best and after buying on Zalando I am always disappointed when I try other web-sites, because only Zalando provides that many pictures and information about each article. The returns are very easy if you follow the instructions. The choice of brands is amazing. And I am happy to see more and more brands joining the platform. As for the delivery speed, I've experienced a couple of times delays, but since I always buy presents or clothes for particular events in advance, this is never a problem for me.
