I've been using the service in Europe for years, mainly in France and Germany. They offer a fantastic selection and easy returns, with no issues so far. Customer service can be a bit slow, but eventually, you will get a response if you have a query. Overall, reliable.

Terrible experience!

I've had to change my entire account, including my email, phone number, and payment methods, because they unexpectedly stopped accepting my cards. They claim there's nothing they can do and suggest checking my spam folder for emails I never receive. I don't get order confirmations, complaints go unanswered, and I only have a limited character count to express my issues. It's shocking how they've ruined what used to be a reliable platform. Meanwhile, I keep getting promotional emails but miss important order-related messages. Additionally, I've lost half my orders due to issues with their delivery partner. This service is awful—avoid it at all costs!

Extremely poor customer service

The customer service is the worst—I'll never shop here again. My parcel was returned to them without being collected, and even though the tracking confirms this, they refuse to issue a refund despite promising one within ten days. When I called customer support, they were incredibly rude.

Poor client experience

I had a terrible client experience with impolite customer service. My order of boots was refused for delivery because it was mistakenly placed through a different regional platform. The system let me order with my address, but delivery wasn't possible. After a week of waiting, I received no solutions from customer service. Their refund policy is unclear.
