I placed an order, which shows as shipped with tracking information indicating only 'Label created.' The order was supposed to arrive in time for my birthday but never did. When I contacted customer support, the first agent closed the chat while I was typing. I had to start a new chat and repeat my information. I received an email stating that the parcel wouldn’t be delivered and that a refund could take over a week. Now the items are out of stock, and I can't get a replacement. I need clearer tracking information and a quicker refund!
