My experience with the service has been incredibly frustrating. I placed an order on 27/11, expecting delivery by 05/12. However, the delivery date changed multiple times. When I contacted customer support, they promised a response within a few days but never followed up. Now, I haven't received any replies to my emails... NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND! I will not return to their website and will be contacting my bank for a chargeback and considering legal action!
Absolutely the worst service experience! I placed an order on 27/11, expected delivery by 05/12, but the date was changed twice to 08/12 and then to 11/12. After reaching out to customer service, I was told I'd receive an update in 3-5 working days, then 1-2 days. Now the date is back to 05/12 and no one is responding to my emails... NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND! I won't use this website again and will contact my bank for a chargeback and consider legal action!
I placed an order while in Italy for a friend to receive it. I mistakenly put her name as the buyer and mine as the receiver. Despite both names on the invoice, the postal service wouldn't release the packages to her. I contacted customer service for assistance, but all I received were automated replies that didn’t address my issue. Very frustrating and unhelpful!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I have been waiting for a refund for a month after making a cash payment. I've sent countless emails and keep receiving different responses—sometimes saying the money was sent, other times saying it would be in a gift card. The customer service is HORRIBLE, only sending automated replies without addressing my actual concerns! This has been my worst experience, and I absolutely do NOT recommend this company!

I placed an order, which shows as shipped with tracking information indicating only 'Label created.' The order was supposed to arrive in time for my birthday but never did. When I contacted customer support, the first agent closed the chat while I was typing. I had to start a new chat and repeat my information. I received an email stating that the parcel wouldn’t be delivered and that a refund could take over a week. Now the items are out of stock, and I can't get a replacement. I need clearer tracking information and a quicker refund!
I returned a pair of pants that were too small. The return label provided didn't work. After two weeks of contacting customer service, I received a new label. After returning the item, I still haven't received my refund, and customer service refuses to acknowledge receipt of the package. Avoid this platform at all costs.
