I received a gift bought on Zalando.it and the size were wrong. I booked a pickup to return them (SDA) but they didn't come, twice, I tried to contact Zalando.it but they didn't do anything. After I received a gift card and bought a few t-shirts. I received an alert for the delivery day (Nexive) but the driver faked it was me requesting to postpone the delivery to another day so I waited for nothing. I called but nothing could be done and Zalando.it is now unreachable: no way to write them an email from the website, no messages on FB etc. I'm never going to buy from them until they fix their services.
