I did, and I also found both order and return tracking links. The weights were recorded as 0.22 kilograms. I shared this with the company, but a week later, no one has contacted me. I called again, and they said they wouldn't refund me! Why should I pay for someone else's mistake? I have no idea what happened to the product, but it was in the package when I returned it! Should I have delivered it myself? I will never order from this service again!
