I was very upset, returned the goods, provided a receipt, filled out a declaration, but they refused me even though I have all the confirmation photos of the packaging and so on. I do not recommend this store.

Unacceptable Return Process

I returned an item within 48 hours without trying it on due to noticeable color discrepancies. The company denied my return, falsely claiming I had used the item without any proof, when I hadn't even tried it on! I will pursue all legal routes to obtain my refund, and this will definitely be my last order. AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

The company rejected my return, wrongly accusing me of using the item without any evidence, when I hadn't even tried it on! I will exercise all my legal rights to get my refund, and this will certainly be my last order. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I adore this service

I adore this service! They deliver incredibly fast, and if you have returns, they process refunds within a week once the return is received! I also had a wrong delivery a few months back (a bag model), but their response and replacement were extremely quick! They offer the best customer service in the region! ❤️❤️❤️ forget other retailers, they are scams with refunds!

MISLEADING DELIVERY TIMINGS. I placed an order last Friday, and now it's Wednesday, yet they claim it will arrive FRIDAY😂😂. Eight days of waiting. I receive faster shipments from overseas than from local warehouses.

A Complete Mess

A complete mess. I returned two items, but only one was processed. Having worked in returns, I know that the person handling my return likely took my more expensive item and processed the rest… shameful for a company of this stature.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I contacted them via chat, and the conversation was abruptly ended by the employee, who failed to assist me before I could respond. I'm receiving conflicting information from every representative I speak with. Perhaps they should improve their training. I've been waiting two weeks for a package, and I still have no idea what's happening or if I will receive a refund.

A truly dreadful organization

A truly dreadful organization. I ordered a new coat and was given a delivery date of five days via a courier. Nothing arrived! No way to contact them. Suddenly, two more delivery dates came and again, the courier had no record of the package. Now, it says 'Item Returned!' I'm now waiting to hear that I returned the item in poor condition haha. My advice? Steer clear of this company!

I ordered a pricey watch

I ordered a pricey watch. It arrived, but I didn't like it, so I returned it within a week. I expected a refund, but nothing happened. After two weeks, I called customer service, and they said the package arrived empty. They told me to relax and fill out a legal statement. I did, and I also found both order and return tracking links. The weights were recorded as 0.22 kilograms. I shared this with the company, but a week later, no one has contacted me. I called again, and they said they wouldn't refund me! Why should I pay for someone else's mistake? I have no idea what happened to the product, but it was in the package when I returned it! Should I have delivered it myself? I will never order from this service again!
