The customer service was terrible. The boots I received had a significant scratch, and I struggled to find a contact number or email for support. Their only option was a form on the website for complaints. After some time, they offered to refund me a small amount for a product I paid a lot for. They wouldn’t exchange the item, and I would have to wait 14 days for a refund and then reorder. The compensation offered was not even close to covering the repair costs for an issue that was their fault.
