I ordered boots during a major sale at a great price, but after almost two weeks of no updates, I was informed that my package was 'lost in transit due to human error.' They refused to resend the items and suggested I repurchase at higher prices, promising a refund for the difference later. This situation raises several concerns: 1. The 'human error' seemed to affect only the discounted items. 2. My funds were tied up for two weeks, preventing me from purchasing elsewhere. 3. The sale price is now gone, and the current price is much higher. 4. Their offered discount doesn't adequately compensate for the loss. Eventually, they refunded my money, but the circumstances seem suspicious, suggesting potential issues with their pricing practices. I will avoid this company in the future and advise caution when buying during sales.
This was my first and last order. They sent me the wrong product in a size much larger than I ordered. After waiting 10 days for delivery, I now face another 14-day wait for my refund. Additionally, the product I initially purchased is no longer available at the original price. I advise everyone to avoid spending money on this platform.
