I placed an order and paid in advance. After three days, I was asked to make the payment again, despite having already sent proof. After confirmation that my order would be processed, I received another email saying my payment was confirmed. This order was urgent, but it arrived too late, and I had to return it. I received delivery confirmation for the return but was told my refund would take up to five working days. Ten days later, I still had no refund. When I contacted them, they only then asked for my bank details to process the refund. A terrible experience overall.
