I am sharing this review for my parents, who booked an Umrah package with the travel service. While payment was processed quickly, the service during the trip was significantly lacking. They waited over three hours for transport at the airport in Jeddah without any updates. In Mecca, they were incorrectly instructed to check out early despite having paid until December 20, which led to numerous complications. The most frustrating part was in Medina, where they were made to leave the hotel even though they had one night paid. After waiting over an hour to contact the agency, they spent four hours in the hotel lobby with no resolution. They had to find another hotel at their own expense of 620 SAR, which the service refused to reimburse. Very unprofessional and unreliable; I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
