Hello to the new generation handling of all worries related to the holidays.. the people there are best and helpful,, it was first time and upon my friend’s recommendation i chose them and trusted for my holiday travel !! My experience was great and i highly recommend them and i am booking with them again very soon !!
The service I received was deeply disappointing. I approached them for advice on a USA Visa interview appointment. They initially assured me that any minor mistakes would incur a small fee, while major errors would cost more. I agreed, but requested they consult me before charging. When they demanded a large sum, I declined and asked them to cancel my appointment. Despite this, they proceeded to secure an appointment under a different application ID, creating significant complications for me at the embassy. This service is misleading and primarily focused on extracting money.
I organized my Umrah through the travel service, and everything was executed to an exceptional standard from start to finish. I am genuinely pleased with the services offered and would highly recommend them to others.

They waited over three hours for transport at the airport in Jeddah without any updates. In Mecca, they were incorrectly instructed to check out early despite having paid until December 20, which led to numerous complications. The most frustrating part was in Medina, where they were made to leave the hotel even though they had one night paid. After waiting over an hour to contact the agency, they spent four hours in the hotel lobby with no resolution. They had to find another hotel at their own expense of 620 SAR, which the service refused to reimburse. Very unprofessional and unreliable; I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

We booked a ten-day Umrah trip, spending five days in Mecca and five in Madina. Thankfully, everything went smoothly; the hotel in Mecca was ideally located, and the travel service organized all our transportation to and from the airport, including visits. Being based in Leeds and the service in Luton, I took a significant risk paying for six people without knowing how it would turn out. However, the representative was fantastic, providing guidance throughout and maintaining communication, which allowed us to complete our Umrah with ease. Jzk.
