I advise avoiding this travel service due to their unprofessionalism. My sister and her husband booked their Umrah here, and while they quickly took payments, the service was severely lacking once the trip began. They waited over three hours for airport transport in Jeddah without any communication. In Mecca, they were mistakenly told to check out early, despite having paid until December 20, which led to multiple issues. The worst part was in Medina, where they had to leave the hotel even with one night remaining. After over an hour trying to reach the agency, they were left waiting in the lobby for four hours with no solutions. They had to book another hotel at a cost of 620 SAR, which the service refused to refund. Very incompetent and unprofessional; I strongly advise against booking with this service.
