The transcription of my audio file misinterpreted a man’s name, writing "Ibrahim" instead of "Abraham". I reached out regarding this issue, and they responded promptly. The main challenge was the speaker's Irish accent, which caused the misunderstanding. While the transcription software can't be instantly adjusted, they offered helpful suggestions from other services to resolve the issue. For me, it's simpler and more cost-effective to manually correct the transcription after it's done. I truly value the respect and personal attention they provided!
