I’m writing about a "successful failure" rather than the usual excellent work this service provides. The transcription of my audio file misinterpreted a man’s name, writing "Ibrahim" instead of "Abraham". I reached out regarding this issue, and they responded promptly. The main challenge was the speaker's Irish accent, which caused the misunderstanding. While the transcription software can't be instantly adjusted, they offered helpful suggestions from other services to resolve the issue. For me, it's simpler and more cost-effective to manually correct the transcription after it's done. I truly value the respect and personal attention they provided!

I primarily use Linux and don’t rely on MS Office. To properly archive emailed "doc" files for a legal matter, I needed to convert them to PDF. LibreOffice couldn't manage this task. This service completed it quickly, securely, and excellently, all for free. Thank you!
