If I could give this a zero I would

If I could give this a zero I would. Awful customer service!!! We had our new induction hob installed & within 2 months one of the coils blew a fuse & the hob rendered useless. Engineer came out quickly but it was established early on that a replacement was needed & it’s gone from bad to worse ever since. Their “technical team” canny be reached by phone (allegedly), no one calls you back with an update & 5 weeks on we still don’t have a hob because of their inability to streamline their internal processes. Frankly they should be ashamed of themselves. You can’t log a complaint with anyone on the phone, only by email & this goes off into obscurity never to be seen again. Someone needs to sort this company’s processes out ASAP & teach people how to return their customer calls. Still no replacement in sight.
