As, with others, I assumed UK in the name meant they were, well, a UK company.The clothes I ordered arrived-all soaking wet. I assume they froze on the flight because the individual bags weren't properly sealed and have then thawed, as there is no issue with the external packaging.They have agreed to refund, but are saying I need to pay the postage which clearly I am not doing for unwearable clothes.Luckily I paid via PayPal so will raise a dispute if they maintain this stance
