Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered a suit for a prom. Suit was not dispatched on time and therefore wasnt needed. Got in touch and was told could have refund, but they kept on going back and forth to point of dispatch despite asking them to refund. Product still not arrived and I am now forced to wait for it and been asked several times to wait and 'maybe Inwill.changey mind and will keep product'. I cannot tell you hos many times I have told them this is not going to happen as occassion passed and dont need, only to get same generic email stating the same as prior email.
