Returns are to China, had to fight to get refund

My daughter was buying a prom dress, so of course you want to buy, try, and return if it isn't right. Most clothing companies make this easy. This website presents as if it's UK (.co.uk domain), and on its return policy it says returns are at your expense, but nothing about this being to China. Had to pay £18 to return the dress, finding the cheapest courier myself (every other company I've ever bought clothes from online had a service where you print a label for their chosen courier, even if you have to pay). Then it took about 8 emails to finally get a refund, with them repeatedly asking for the tracking number, which I gave them every time (with a link showing it had been delivered). The refund was £6 short but by then I was just happy to have the money! But gave 2 stars as I did get the money back in the end.
