DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Update… having finally received some kind of response It now turns out you have to return items to China. This is both costly and not easy. I’ve managed to get something sorted at the cost of £10. Dress was £50. I will risk it see what happens as bought via Klarna. Zapaka is a rip off company and the fact you have to return it to China I’m guessing most don’t bother so they just keep robbing money. Save yourself the trouble and your hard earned cash it’s not worth the risk!! You have been warned. I will update on how the return goes. (Bought dress end of Dec 23)
