I brought a dress from then which was too big. I went through the refund process and they offered me a 20% refund if I kept the dress. I declined and followed the process and sent the photos of the dress and photos of the delivery receipt. They say it will take around 10 - 15 working days. It has been now 17 working days and I have emailed them twice now to give them the chance to email and refund me but they haven't. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Awful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
