I ordered a dress for my friends wedding, I ordered a UK size 14 and then sent a UK10, even worse the dress was not the same as the one I had ordered. Order: WBQDUK5103. I haven't been able to get a response from the email addresses provided for refund, so I have been completely ignored despite the fact they have not sent what I ordered. I opened a case with PayPal in order to contact them and confirm that I had not received what I ordered, I sent pictures of the dress and the labels on the dress. they ignored my email and responded confirming that the package had been delivered, this is a joke as they did not deliver what I ordered and paid £90 for. I have now replied again for a return label to send back the item I NEVER ordered for a refund and am again Longley waiting a response. the biggest upset here is that I never ordered what they sent but I am expected to pay for it despite being able to prove its not what I ordered. My next move will be to ask paypal to handle the dispute and as I paid with credit card via paypal I am going to report the fraud to the bank. I would completely avoid this company all together and any like it as it is a scam.
