Customers should be able to reach out and get responses, and I had to buy additional dresses in the meantime. If ordering, plan ahead for a possible 30-day wait. Now that I understand the timeline, I would order again, but the extra purchases made me quite unhappy. The service needs to improve its communication regarding custom tailoring times.
