This seller is unreliable! The website claimed that the dress would ship within 48 hours, and I paid $40 for expedited shipping. Now, a week and a half later, my order status still shows it as preparing for shipment. I reached out via email, and they responded by saying my package had already been delivered and provided a tracking number for a delivery service. However, when I checked the tracking number, it indicated that it didn't exist. When I informed them about the incorrect tracking, they claimed they don't use that delivery service, despite it being stated in their message. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller!
Update: Like another reviewer, my order arrived exactly one month and a day after placing it. The dresses are stunning and true to the photos. I want to clarify that buyers should be aware of the lengthy process; both the app and website need clearer updates. Customers should be able to reach out and get responses, and I had to buy additional dresses in the meantime. If ordering, plan ahead for a possible 30-day wait. Now that I understand the timeline, I would order again, but the extra purchases made me quite unhappy. The service needs to improve its communication regarding custom tailoring times.

Their best option is to keep the item for a $20-$25 credit. To get a full refund, I need to include a note in the package, but they don’t specify what to write. Additionally, I must provide a photo of the package, the shipping label, the carrier's name, and an online tracking number, or I won't receive a refund. This has made me decide to never order from this service again.
