I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos and the package never arrived. I picked Zappos because the site claimed 1-3 day shipping. The website said delayed and customer service rep finally marked it as lost after multiple messages over multiple days. The customer service rep keep assuring me it would arrive. While Zappos is part of Amazon, they do not support Amazon locker. Last time I am going to order from them.
