I purchased pants from a retailer, but the fitting rooms were unavailable, forcing me to try them on at home. Upon trying them on, the zipper broke right away due to subpar plastic quality. The pants were evidently defective. When I returned to make a return, the staff declined, claiming they couldn't resell them. This level of customer service is very disappointing and the quality is unacceptable for this brand.
