I brought a pants at online Zara and I received an email telling that it was delivered and where I checked at my building I did not see anything
After opened a case they sent to me a picture from the delivery but they left my package not in safety place. They left the package where everyone even people from street has access.
I probably got my package stolen from someone and Zara does not want to get any responsability on that.
I felt so unfair because they left it on the wrong spot and I need to pay for their irresponsibility
I am so mad about it

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Zara in Australis use DRAGONFLY couriers. APPALLING. Cannot call or email and are always directed to CHAT boxes where Customer service officers clearer choose from scripts, say they will "escalate the problem" and the merry go round of attempting to get your delivery goes on again. I have tried 8 times to recieve my order, paid for weeks ago. I am beginning to believe that Zara online is becoming a type of scam - a version of Buykud or similar. APPALLING. The ONE STAR is in HOPE that they read this.......APPALLING company.

Do not read Zara’s recommended sizing. Recommended a size bigger than my usual size. Ordered three pairs of jeans in the recommended size instead of ordering each in two different sizes (in the interest of less packing and deliveries) and all arrived MASSIVE. I now have to pay to return them then pay to have them all delivered again in the exact size I would’ve ordered had their terrible website not recommended crap sizing. Neither customer service on Whatsapp nor Twitter wanted to help. Ridiculous. A fairly inexpensive lesson learned but a lesson nonetheless. First time ordering and most definitely the last.

I’ve always shopped at Zara and never had an issue until now, but this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!

My order total was £173 and it was marked as delivered, but the parcel had clearly been opened and re-sealed with lots of tape and was left outside my front door. When I opened it, all of my items were missing. The parcel contained one item I never ordered in size XS (I’m a M/L), which wasn’t even on my invoice. I contacted Zara multiple times via live chat and Facebook, provided my order number and uploaded photos more than once, but I was repeatedly asked for the same information and chats disconnected. I was also told someone would call me, but no one did.

They have only refunded one item (£29.99) due to being out of stock, but I still have no replacement and no refund for the rest of the order. I’m still waiting for a proper resolution.

I’m genuinely shocked at how difficult it is to get this sorted with such a big company!

Complete disaster. It's hard to believe a brand like this would let its reputation slip away. The company has completely lost its way. Extremely poor customer service. These issues seem to stem from the use of AI agents, which lack the ability to genuinely address customer frustrations, and it appears that even the human representatives are not much better. The processes are broken, making it painful to get any reasonable assistance from the support team. How can such a large company not have a customer service number? I placed an order but received no email or text confirmation. I have reached out multiple times through the frustrating chat service, but no useful information has come from it. It has been over a week since my order, and I still have not received anything. I now feel I have no choice but to cancel the order through my bank, as I cannot endure another struggle requesting a refund. This will be my final order with the company.

Frustrating Return Experience

I returned my items via courier pick up, but the company does not provide vouchers as proof of pickup, leaving me reliant on their systems. They now claim they haven't received anything and refuse to refund my money! It's over 100,- and the customer service is rude, stating they won't issue a refund, with no option to file a complaint. I was a loyal customer for a decade, but that has changed.

Terrible Customer Support Experience

The customer service is incredibly disappointing. There's no way to reach anyone who can help with an issue. I ordered on December 17th and as of January 13th, I still haven't received my products or any resolution. I've made 5 phone calls and sent 4 messages, yet no one has reached out to me. $200 of my money is stuck with them, and I'm unable to get this sorted out. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Quality

I purchased pants from a retailer, but the fitting rooms were unavailable, forcing me to try them on at home. Upon trying them on, the zipper broke right away due to subpar plastic quality. The pants were evidently defective. When I returned to make a return, the staff declined, claiming they couldn't resell them. This level of customer service is very disappointing and the quality is unacceptable for this brand.

Disappointing experience after years of loyalty

I’ve been a dedicated customer for over ten years. Recently, I purchased two pairs of pants and returned one, but I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve provided my bank statement, contacted customer support, and sent several emails, but there has been no resolution. This is quite disappointing from a brand I’ve trusted for so long. I hope the support team addresses this issue promptly and assists me in receiving my refund soon.
