You don’t deserve even one star. This is the third time I’ve placed an order and an item is missing. Then you make me wait 48 hours just to tell me everything was sent, even though I have a video clearly showing me opening the package and the item is not there.
This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I won’t be ordering again. The refund will be processed one way or another either by you or I will contact my bank directly to dispute the charge. I will also be closing my Zara account once everything is sorted out.
