I recently had a frustrating experience with Zara's customer service that left me quite disappointed. After receiving an email stating that my refund hadn’t been processed and that I needed to visit the store to resolve the issue, I reached out for assistance. Due to an injury, I'm unable to visit the store anytime soon, so I hoped the customer service team could help me process the refund back to my original payment method.
Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with seemed completely uninterested in my situation. They were blunt and dismissive, failing to show any empathy or understanding. Instead of offering a solution or alternative options, the agent abruptly ended the chat in a very rude manner. This lack of professionalism only added to my frustration.

Overall, my experience with Zara's customer service was disappointing, and I felt completely unsupported. I hope they can improve their service in the future to better assist customers in need.
