Order placed on December 25. Never delivered. Never refunded.For weeks, I’ve been told “we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours” with no real follow-up.No one has been able to confirm whether I will be refunded for an order I never received.For a company of this size, this is simply unacceptable.Very, very disappointing.
